Real conversations with founders who've built, scaled, exited, and are hungry for more.
Raw interviews with 7-, 8-, and 9-figure founders. Real playbooks, real scars, real second acts.
Hosted by Clayton Turner. US Navy veteran. Built and sold his elearning company in an 8-figure exit in 5 years.
Most founders get one shot at building something great. The smart ones go back for seconds.
I'm Clayton Turner. I spent five years grinding 80-hour weeks to build my elearning company from zero into a nationally dominant brand. We ranked 360 keywords in the top three positions on Google, earned best-in-industry customer reviews, and sold to one of the largest private equity groups in an 8-figure exit.
It was the hardest thing I'd ever done. Looking back, one thing keeps me up at night: with the AI tools and systems we have today, I could have compressed that five-year journey into six months.
That changed everything. Now I help founders build AI Operating Systems that scale without adding headcount or burning out the founder. I started Second Bite Show to explore what happens after the exit: how experienced founders apply their lessons to build faster, smarter, and with more freedom the second time around.
We start with the hard questions. The failed launches, the terrible hires, the near-death moments that almost killed the business. Then we earn the right to talk about what actually worked.
Every founder I interview is generating at least six figures per month in revenue. No theorists. No gurus. Operators who've built real businesses and have the scars to prove it.
Welcome to Second Bite.
Conversations with founders doing $100K+ a month
Every guest is either post-exit and building again, or currently scaling a business generating six figures a month or more. Founders in the arena, not influencers.
Hard questions first
We don't start with the highlight reel. Every episode opens with the mistakes, the bad hires, and the moments that almost killed the business. Once we've covered the hard truths, we earn the right to talk about the wins.
The zero-to-scale question
Every episode ends the same way: "If you had to start over tomorrow with zero, what would you do, and how would you scale it as fast as possible?" This is where the real gold lives.
Built by a builder
The host is a fellow founder with real operational scars and an 8-figure exit, not a journalist. These are conversations between operators who speak the same language.
